How can I be a registered member of Rental Home BD?

To buy, sell or rent properties you need to be a registered member of the website. Simply click on to Sign in/ Register option on the top right side of header section, which will take you to a registration form. Fill up the required information- your name, your email address, your mobile number, password etc. and click on to create an account. An automatic mail consisting a verifying link will be sent to your email address and by clicking on the verifying link the account will be opened. By this you can easily be a registered member of Rental Home BD website for free. Or if you Sign In with your Google Account directly you will not have to fill out any form or verify your email address.

How can I purchase subscription plan?

To purchase a subscription plan you need to be a registered member of the website. Now sign in to your profile, you will see an option “Upgrade Plan” at the Footer section on the left side. Click on to the “Upgrade Plan” option, which will take you to multiple subscription options on a monthly, half yearly and quarterly basis. Choose your plan and get exclusive facilities.

How do I change my password?

If you would like to set a new password, sign in to your account and go to your dashboard. Then click on your profile picture at the top right side and go to view profile. After selecting the option 'Password' you will be able to change your password as per the instructions.

How do I recover my password?

If you want to recover your password, click on to “Forgot Password?” from the sign in page. After clicking on to “Forgot Password?”, it will directly take you to a form where you would need to fill up your email address and click on to ‘Send’ button. It will send a password recovery mail to your email address, simply click on to ‘Reset Password’ and write down your email address and new password. After submitting the form your password will reset, and you will be able to log in with your new password.

How do I change my account details?

To change account detail, you must have to login first, then you will be taken to your dashboard. Click on to your profile picture at the top right side and view your profile and change your account details as per your desire. Please note that the email address for your account cannot be changed after your account has been activated.

This website offers following search options:- ⦁ Quick search: On website home page you will get the main search option at the middle section which will help you find properties or tenant requirements quickly on the basis of city, search type & property type. System will also auto suggest the user depending on character written in text field of city. This will take you either on 'Buy' page or 'Rent' page. From there, you will have an extensive search option for almost all of your criteria. ⦁ Basic Search: This is positioned at the top left corner under the header section inside the 'Buy' and 'Rent' homepage and it helps you find properties or tenant requirements quickly on the basis of city, price range & property type. System will also auto suggest the user depending on character written in text field of city. ⦁ Advance Search: You may get an advance search option by clicking on the drop-down link 'Advance Search' from basic search option at the top middle part under the header section. Using that, you will have an extensive search option from number of certain property, price range, property size etc.

How do I post a property?

To post an ad for your property is easy, simple and quick. To post a property for you must have to be a registered member of this website and logged in. If you are posting your property for the first time as an user, you will be required to fill out a form which will ask you to provide both your email, mobile phone number and address - Don't worry! You won't have to do it every time except this first time. After that you will be able to add properties by simply clicking on '+Add Property' from your profile or 'Post a Property' at top right corner of the header section or clicking on ‘Add my property now’ from bottom of the page beside ‘Call now’ option in the website. To get the best reach of your property you can check out our subscription plans or you will be able to just post your property for free.

Can I post my property for Rent?

Of course, you can easily post your property on the website for rent. To post your property you need to be a registered member of the website and after logging into your account you can simply click on to ‘+Add Property’ which will take you to a form, from there you can select ‘RENT’ option and fill the form with all the necessary details.

Surely, you can easily post your property on the website for sell. Can I rent or buy a property from the website?

Indeed, to rent or buy a property you would need to be a registered member of the website. You can simply click on the property you are interested on, and you will be able to see a call or mail to us option through the build-in message box on the right side which will enable you to directly contact the property owner or person who posted the ad. Or you can click on the ‘Chat’, ‘Messenger’ or ‘WhatsApp’ popup button to contact us to query regarding your preferrable property. You can also connect with us through the contact info given on the bottom of the page under the headline ‘Contact’.

How do I delete the post of my property?

To delete your property post, go to 'My Properties' in your profile dashboard which will show all of your property posts. You will see a 'delete' option of your property post under the Action header in the list. Click on the 'delete' button to delete your post. You must have to be logged in to access these information.

How do I edit/update my property post?

To edit/update your property post, go to 'My Properties' from your profile which will take you to a list of all your posts. Click on the 'Edit' option of your property post under the Action header in the list. From there, you will be able to edit any parameter of your property. You must have to be logged in to access these information.

Do I have to pay Rental Home BD to post my property?

Yes, to post your property you would need to purchase a plan from the website. You can find multiple subscription plans on the website as per your requirements, the facility of each plans are also written with their description. By being a subscriber you can enjoy facilities which includes exclusive marketing of your property, featured listing, free boosting, dedicated support team etc

Yes, you can post your property free by simply providing all the details of your property on the form. But you will not be able to enjoy the facilities that Rental Home BD provides to their subscribers.

Yes, of course. Property owner may have multiple live property posting at a time. This website allow users to add multiple property listing under single account and they can archive those for future advertisement.

You can call or mail to us through the built-in message box on the right side. You can query by simply clicking on the ‘Chat’, ‘Messenger’ or ‘WhatsApp’ popup button whichever is preferrable for you. Can I make Rental Home BD my agent?
