1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Purchase-Sales Authorization

  4. NavigationBD is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from buy-sale-rent transactions conducted on its platform. Users are encouraged to exercise due diligence and caution when engaging in such activities.
  5. NavigationBD may, at its discretion, impose fees or charges related to buy-sale-rent transactions, and these fees will be communicated to users in advance.
  6. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided during buy-sale-rent transactions, and NavigationBD reserves the right to take appropriate actions in cases of fraudulent or misleading activities.
  7. NavigationBD does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality, legality, or suitability of properties listed or services offered on its platform. Users are encouraged to independently verify the authenticity and suitability of any buy, sell or rent of property.
  8. NavigationBD reserves the right, without notice, to suspend or terminate the buy-sell-rent services or the accounts of users involved in activities that violate these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
  9. Users engaging in buy-sale-rent transactions through NavigationBD agree to resolve disputes directly with the involved parties. NavigationBD may, at its discretion, assist in dispute resolution but is not obligated to do so.

3. Delivery

Customer satisfaction is the sole aim of NavigationBD. If NavigationBD fails to provide the service due to any unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified by email or phone within 24 hours of order receipt. Refunds will not be processed as there is no refund policy. Please note that refunds are not applicable to subscription plans.

Subscription fees for NavigationBD's services are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds or credits will be issued, regardless of usage. Subscribers may cancel their plans at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription. Please review your subscription details carefully before making a purchase. In case of purchasing a new plan before the expiration of the existing plan, the non-refundable policy will be persistent.

For example, if a subscriber on a current plan chooses to upgrade or downgrade the plan before the end of the current billing cycle, the purchase amount for the current plan will not be refunded. The subscriber acknowledges and accepts that no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the existing plan, and the upgrade or downgrade will be processed with full awareness of this no-refundable policy.

4. Refund Policy

We are dedicated to delivering top-quality services, but refunds are not available in any circumstances. Our refund policy includes the following terms:

  1. Faulty property related Services: If any service related to property transactions is defective and the fault lies with us, our team will review the matter and take the necessary action. Although a refund will not be issued.
  2. Order Cancellation for Subscription Plans: Subscription plans cannot be canceled after purchase, as there is no cancellation policy. Additionally, no refunds will be provided.
  3. Process: To initiate the refund process, you must contact our customer support team. Although a refund will not be issued.
  4. Refund Timeline: As we do not offer refunds, no amount will be credited to your account. We encourage users to thoroughly review service details before making any payments.
  5. Exceptions: Our services are not eligible for refunds, such as the purchase of subscription plans. In such cases, no refund will be issued once the subscription plan has been finalized.

The terms of this policy may be updated from time to time as per the company's regulations.

5. Return Policy

Sold or rented properties cannot be returned.

  1. Users must create an account to access certain services.
  2. If users have doubts about the quality or quantity of property-related services, they should address them before completing the transaction.
  3. If property-related services are delivered in an unacceptable condition, users can contact our support team for assistance.
  4. If customers find property-related services unusable, they may reach out to our support team for a possible resolution, though returns are not available.

  1. Support and Assistance: For any issues related to property transactions or services (such as listings, rentals, or inspections), you can contact our customer support team. We will provide prompt assistance and take necessary steps to resolve the issue.
  2. Property Maintenance and Inspection: As part of our after-sales service, we offer property inspections, installation, repairing, and maintenance only in special cases where additional service is required to ensure the property remains in proper condition. In case of additional requirements, we may charge after thorough discussion.
  3. Warranty: A specified warranty period is provided for certain property-related services (e.g., maintenance or inspections). If issues arise within this period, we will arrange repairs or replacement free of charge.
  4. Training and Consultation: Our team offers training and consultation to help you make the best use of our platform.
  5. Exceptions: After-sales services may not be applicable to certain property transactions, such as while NavigationBD is not involved as an agent. In such cases, after-sales service may be unavailable.
