Subscription fees for Rental Home BD's services are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds or credits will be issued, regardless of usage. Subscribers may cancel their plans at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription. Please review your subscription details carefully before making a purchase. In case of purchasing new plan before expiration of existing plan, the non refundable policy will be persistent.


For example, If a subscriber on a current plan chooses to upgrade or downgrade the plan before end of the current billing cycle, the purchase amount for the current plan will not be refunded. The subscriber acknowledges and accepts that no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the existing plan, and the upgrade or downgrade will be processed with full awareness of this no-refundable policy.


In case of upgrading or downgrading any plans, the subscription fees are non-refundable. Upgrading or downgrading plans before the current billing cycle ends will not result in a refund for the unused portion of your existing plan. Please review our policy before proceeding.
